Cancellation Policy

In the event that you decide to cancel your booking you must notify us immediately in writing. A cancellation fee will be payable calculated based on the period of notice you have given us. Cancellation Fees More than 60 days before the Hire Period commences: £50 60 days or less (but more than 30 day) before the Hire Period commences: £100 30 days or less (but more than 14 days) before the Hire Period commences: 50% of the total Hire Charge. 14 days or less (but more than 7 days) before the Hire Period commences: 75% of the total Hire Charge 7 days or less before the Hire Period commences: 100% of the total Hire Charge
